Nov. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park is pleased to announce its collaboration with the American Indian Community House.  Every Wednesday and Thursday, the luxury Manhattan hotel invites guests to learn about the Native American culture at the American Indian Community House and participate in an afternoon in the pantry, providing food to those in need.

The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park’s alliance with the American Indian Community House is part of The Ritz-Carlton Give Back Getaways® voluntourism program, which offers Ritz-Carlton guests an exceptional opportunity to combine volunteer work with travel and give back to society in a way that is meaningful to them. The American Indian Community House seeks to provide food and nourishment to all people in need. Available every Wednesday and Thursday, from 12-4PM, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park’s volunteer opportunities with the American Indian Community House are offered exclusively to overnight guests of the hotel and require 72-hours advanced notice.
