Small Hands Big Art Announces Holiday Hoopla Children's Art Workshops

Nov. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Small Hands Big Art, a South Charlotte children's art studio, invites children and families in the Charlotte community to enjoy creative holiday workshops and events this season, and help support the Ronald McDonald House.  The studio is planning special holiday workshops and winter mini-camps at its studio located at 8025 Ardrey Kell Rd., at The Fountains shopping center in South Charlotte.

Ten percent of the registration fee will be donated to the new Ronald McDonald House in Charlotte (http://rmhofcharlotte.org/).  The registration fee for each workshop is $35/$15 addt'l family member.

Polar Express PJ Workshop, (ages 4+),  Dec. 3 and 16, 6-8pm
Adult Photo Art Collage Workshop, Dec. 8, 6:30 – 8:30pm
“Santa's Little Helpers” Workshop, (ages 4+), Dec. 9, 6-8pm and Dec. 23, 10am-12pm
Cookie Decorating Workshop,  Dec. 10, 1:30-3pm, and 10am-12pm
Adult Paper & Wire Crafting Workshop, Dec. 13, 6:30-8:30pm
“Up on the Rooftop” Workshop, (ages 4+), Dec. 21, 10am-12pm, and 1-3pm
“Peppermint Forest” Workshop,  (ages 4+), Dec. 22, 1-3pm
“T'was the Night Before Xmas” Workshop,  (ages 4+),  6-8pm

In addition to the holiday-themed workshops, Small Hands Big Art will offer half-day mini winter camps December 26-29, with two sessions daily:  9am - 12pm, and 1 – 4pm.
