Representation of Pakistan in World Youth Scrabble Championship 2011

Pakistani Players left for World Youth Scrabble Championship to be held in Malaysia. Pakistan has already taken significant achievement last year as well. PSA is in a hope to create new milestone after providing the thorough practice to its players
Nov. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- Today, 11 players of Pakistan Scrabble Association (PSA) from youth left for Malaysia to take part in the 6th World Youth Scrabble Championship (WYSC) which is being played in Johor Bahru, Malaysia on Dec 6-8th.

It will be the Second Appearance of Pakistani players at the such an International Youth Championship after showing the admirable results in the 2010 edition where Pakistan finished at 8th Position and received highest scorer award.

The 11 youth players and 8 adults including Pakistan's No. 1 Waseem Khatri will take part in another mega event "Causeway Challenge' which is being played at the same venue during Nov 30th to Dec 4th. The team is chaperoned by the dedicated official Mr. Tariq Pervez Director Youth Program, PSA

Pakistan's youth team comprises of the following players:

Shahzaib Khatri, Jahanzaib Khan, Inshal Shahbaz, Javeria Salman, Javeria Mirza, Talal Amjad, Minhaj Uddin, Taha Huda, Hamza Sheikh, Asad Merchant, & Yash Gandhi

“The best filtered players will represent Pakistan to glorify our Nation. Pakistan Scrabble Association has always supported its players in order to make them capable to represent in national and international event. The representation of Pakistan will contribution towards the International Literacy and Competency.  We have made ready the Inter-School Championship ready for such Youth Celebrities sent abroad, which will be organised as soon as they came back.
