Courchevel skier news:
The new Saulire Express lift for Meribel, which will part open in 2011 and be completed in 2012, will arrive at the same point as the Courchevel Saulire cable car, improving access between the two resorts.
The famous Plantrey quad chair, Courchevel’s first quad, has been upgraded to an 6-seater chairlift
La Casserole mountain restaurant in 1650 has been bought by Eric Tournier, who heads several restaurants and hotels in Courchevel. Rumoured to be made into a new open fire placed restaurant / apres ski hotspot - will it be another Folie Douce? Watch this space!
