High School “No Texting While Driving” Contest Winner To Be Announced Nov. 30, 2011

The winner of the No Texting While Driving High School Contest sponsored by The Avery Law Firm will be announced November 30, 2011 at the Mt. Vernon Country Club in Alexandria, Virginia.
 
Nov. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- The winner of the No Texting While Driving High School Contest will be announced November 30, 2011 at the Mt. Vernon Country Club in Alexandria, Virginia.

The No Texting While Driving High School Contest, sponsored by The Avery Law Firm of Falls Church, asked area high school students to submit a single-page visual and textual presentation of the dangers of texting while driving. $2,500 will be awarded to the student who submitted the most effective and creative entry. In addition, $1,000 will be given to that student’s school.

The evening will also feature a display of the work submitted by all of the finalists as well as hors d’oeuvres and light snacks.

Students from 13 different high school throughout Fairfax County submitted entries
