Success of ‘Lumbini Terrace Garden Homes’ Leads BIDPL to Further Expansion & Social Initiatives
Brisk Infrastructure and Developers (BIDPL) is about to launch 2 more projects in Sectors 110 & 112 of Gurgaon, adjoining the Dwarka Expressway.

Speaking on the rapid developments since the launch of Lumbini Terrace Homes (LTH), Mr. Kailash Gahlot, Director, (BIDPL) explained, “There is a lot of work to be done in the coming months as we are also undertaking the responsibility of endeavouring to improve the learning skills and opportunities in life of the children of construction workers here. Lumbini has an outlay of INR 125 Crores and is adjacent to the 150 meter-wide upcoming Dwarka expressway (NPR). Lumbini Terrace Garden Homes are inspired by the evergreen birthplace of Buddha and the design and ambience are based on the Zen philosophy. It is also the first residential complex in NCR to receive the coveted CRISIL 4-star rating for the viability of the project. The complex would be delivered to buyers in the first quarter of 2014. The soil conditioning and moisturising, along with reduction of heat islands and grid paving will deliver and sustain a refreshing landscape. LTH will have energy efficient building materials and fittings. The added green pockets, usage of CFL, LEDs and solar panels will reduce overall power consumption.”
