dhc Implements New Financial Management System For British Dyslexia Association

Financial management software specialists install and customise Access Dimensions for national charity

To enable the charity to maintain an intensive programme of activity, the BDA finance department is using Access Dimensions to obtain tight control over budgets.

At any one time the charity can be running numerous projects and many will span long periods of time. Using its existing accounting software the finance department were finding it a challenge to obtain a clear view of the costs associated with each project, which is essential for efficient budget allocation and management.

Following the implementation of Access Dimension by dhc, the BDA now has the ability to run individual projects and the freedom to open and close them as necessary, as well as running detailed reporting via Microsoft Excel. It is also able to raise invoices from the sales order process and capture project costings, as well as scrutinise and report on the data in detail.
