How to BE yourself and have fun in life

How do you know what you really want? Becoming aware of YOU is your first step. Ask yourself this, "how do I know where I am if I don't even know where I am going?"

BEgin by becoming aware by opening your eyes.  Opening our eyes can be bittersweet. What happens if we see things we don’t like or don’t want? That is possible, but knowing what is around you is the only way you can start navigating out of your comfort zone. I struggled when I began my journey, because I was afraid of what I would find. There were so many things I wanted to remove from my life but didn’t know how. My first choice was deciding! I was determined to learn why I did what I did and learn how to stop being blocked every step of the way. http://www.empowernetwork.com/almostasecret.php?id=Moneymama I was uncomfortable enough to take my first step. Once I took it, each progressive step became easier.  To make it easier for me I put faces on the things I was tired of. I put a face on debt, a face on disappointment, a face on my feelings of rejection, and a face on my lack of personal worth. By doing this I began to be aware of the “friends” I was hanging around with. Putting faces on my feeling and calling them “friends” gave me a better perspective of what my comfort zone looked like. Once I decided to walk away from them, I became aware of how alone I was. Many times I had turned back to what I knew. This time, however, I had had enough of the cycle I created. I gradually learned how easy it was to make new “friends.”   I began to witness the positive changes in my life and loved my new direction.

Life is much better for me now.  By getting out of debt and learning how to better manage my finances was the first key to understanding where I wanted to be.  http://www.empowernetwork.com/almostasecret.php?id=Moneymama
I also found my fears were keeping me stuck.  "Out of the box thinking" is how it's put and that generates fear.  Outside of your comfort zone is unfamiliar.  Step into the unknown to feel how it feels.  To learn more about what is possible go to www.jodyhill.biz
