PEOPLECERT Group showcases innovative services for the ITIL industry during itSMF UK

The organization was one of the key sponsors of the event which attracted more than 700 professionals from the ITIL & IT Service Management industry.
During the event PEOPLECERT showcased a series of innovative services designed for the specific needs of the ITIL market, including a suite of e-services launched earlier in the year, that aim to simplify the examination experience for training providers and candidates, through a simple click. E-services include three key features - online candidate registration, e-certificate and online certificate verification-, all aiming to offer simplicity, security and a hassle free exam process for PEOPLECERT partners.
Visitors were also introduced to PASSPORT, PEOPLECERT’s web based administration and examination system that offers a user friendly exam interface and offers unique capabilities, such as multi-level reporting, real time updates on exam booking, monitoring and delivery status, automatic exam data recovery, and immediate preliminary results.
Other certifications that can enhance a training provider’s offering and add value to its portfolio were also showcased during the event, including the PEOPLECERT certifications for Management Systems Professionals, including ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 and IASSC Lean Six Sigma.
As part of its participation, PEOPLECERT sponsored the Service Innovation of the year award, which, through a judging panel that consisted of PEOPLECERT experts amongst leading professionals, was awarded to H.M. Revenue & Customs, and which, according to Mr. Byron Nicolaides, PEOPLECERT’s Chairman and CEO, ‘…was the one that was characterized by its ability to design, implement and measure a process that not only improved the specific organisation’s operational efficiency, but, more importantly, can become a best practice example for other organisations, within both the public and private sector. This is what innovation is about and this is what our industry should continue to champion’.
