Halberd Corporation (HALB.PK) Announces Key Joint Venture Agreement

Nov. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Concord, NC (November 17, 2011) – HALBERD CORP (HALB.PK), a leading provider of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), announced today that they have establish a joint venture agreement with defense technology developer Advanced Defense Technologies, Inc.  Both firms have agreed to co-develop and co-market multiple technologies in the military defense and homeland security sectors.

It was recently discovered that a computer virus capable of logging a pilot's keystrokes remotely has hit U.S. Military fleets of America's Predator and Reaper drones, making smaller UAV manufacturers, such as Halberd, more attractive to investors in the defense sector.  

Halberd (HALB.PK) President Henry Liguori made statement regarding the agreement, “This agreement is yet another example of our quest for excellence in the UAV and defense sectors.  We have taken the proper steps to avoid the recent virus issues that have been plaguing the US Military and we feel that the team at Advanced will only continue to help us innovate in the space and drive sales.”
