Nov. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- A 2012 charity calendar has been launched to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). 'The Faces that Live with Juvenile Diabetes' calendar, which was unveiled on World Diabetes Day, features children with type 1 diabetes.

Now in its third year, the charity calendar is sponsored by Funky Pumpers, a firm specialising in insulin pump pouches for children, and Unit 4 Business Software. It was produced by Jo Dury, Helen Campling and Steve Newton, who are all members of the UK Children with Diabetes (CWD) group, and parents of children with type 1 diabetes.

The calendar, which is available at www.funkypumpers.com retails for just £6.95, with ALL proceeds going directly to JDRF.

So, why not treat family and friends to the perfect gift this Christmas, and help raise awareness and money for research into type 1 at the same time!
