The process of sales goes like this:

Online sellers list their products at CheckoutSg by sending an email to CheckoutSg. CheckoutSg downloads products descriptions and pictures from merchants' respective websites to CheckoutSg marketplace. Risk is mitigated for both sellers and shoppers. Many sellers have had negative experiences with "dead buyers" who ordered but refused to pay. Shoppers also have their fair share of negative experience with online sellers who do not deliver the products after collecting payment. CheckoutSg, being a trusted middle platform, uses Paypal as the only payment method and provides assurance of refunds. It also acts as an online police. In the event merchants do not deliver products that are ordered, they will not receive payment from CheckoutSg.
