Los Angeles, CA; November 10, 2011 – DATAVO – Affordable Data & Voice Solutions, a facilities based competitive local exchange carrier providing internet and telephone services throughout Southern California, has named Rhaphael Tarpley as its new Chief Operations Officer.

Mr. Tarpley, who had been the General Manager at Datavo, will be in charge of managing and increasing Datavo’s network of sales representatives, implementation of cost effective customer acquisition methods, development of quality customer service relationships, training informative repair representatives, and dependable, knowledgeable installation technicians. Datavo, which has previously focused exclusively on the Southwest, is looking to expand its efforts nationally with the introduction of its residential and business grade VoIP products during 2nd Quarter 2012. Mr. Tarpley will spearhead this drive.

Mr. Pilcher will be responsible for continuing to build Datavo’s product portfolio through extensive network upgrades allowing the company to offer an array of exciting,new broadband products outside of telecommunication industry norms.  He is on track to making Datavo a recognized leader of high speed internet services via an enhanced fiber, facilities based network allowing for further deployment of bonded DSL, bonded T-1s and Ethernet over Copper acquiring bandwidth speeds well above the competition to meet ever growing customer broadband demands.
