Center For Recovery offers new Women's Substance Abuse Group

Nov. 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Center For Recovery continues to offer evening programs for substance abuse intensive outpatient treatment, and has recently added a women's group that meets 3 mornings a week for 12 weeks.   The program is a non 12-step process group that focuses on core issues including self-esteem, mindfulness, relationship issues, coping skills, relapse prevention and stress managment, as well as mental health issues.

Recovery requires emotional, spiritual and cognitive/behavioral changes.  this process is best accomplished through education, therapy and group work, with an emphasis on all areas of life that impact the recovery process.  

Center For Recovery is licensed by the State of Colorado for treatment of adults and adolescents.  The program is contracted with most insurance carriers.  Staff includes licensed professional counselors, licensed social workers, and certified addiction counselors.
