The conference was sponsored by the Florida Dispute Resolution Center.

Grossman and Jerry Tabas co-presented on “Maximizing Mediation Ethically: Tips for Mediators.” They offered ethical and practical tips and techniques that mediators may use to enhance the dispute resolution process, stressing that the benefits of the process are best achieved if the mediation is conducted in an informed, balanced and timely fashion.

Among the topics that Grossman presented were Selecting Your Mediator, How the Mediator and Attorney Prepare for Mediation Together, Understand Negotiating Styles and Tactics, and Settlement Strategies.
