The buffet will include chef carved maple dijon baked ham, Lancaster county turkey and dressing, top sirloin of beef and broiled tilapia. but also items like Pineapple Stuffing and Curried Shrimp & Cous Cous Salad. “There are some popular items from last year that we're bringing back,” says general manager Ninette Petrasch. “Like sour cream and chive mashed potatoes and the curried shrimp and cous cous salad.” “People like the familiar, but they also come to a place like this for something they can't get anywhere else on Thanksgiving.” The Grand Buffet is Thanksgiving Day and the cost is $25.95 for adults. Children 10 years and younger eat free. There will also be a Thanksgiving menu with items not available on the buffet.
