Kim Abraham, LMSW, is a licensed clinical therapist in Flint, Michigan. She is co-author of the book, The Whipped Parent: Hope for Parents Raising an Out of Control Teen, and co-creator of Life Over The Influence, a self-help media program for people who have a loved one struggling with substance abuse. Kim is a contributing author to the online newsletter Empowering Parents on topics such as adult children who remain dependent on their parents. Abraham commented,  “Many adult kids actually make a career out of working the parent system" in discussing her upcoming Ageless Radio interview on November 12th.

Becky Brownlee is a Certified Personal Trainer and owner of a Curves studio in Savannah. Brownlee is a graduate of University of North Carolina and South University.  Her training certification is under IFTA, Interactive Fitness Trainers of America. Brownlee will discuss the benefits of an active lifestyle which includes aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. She is a regular contributor on Ageless Radio and will be posting demonstration videos with stretching exercises on the YouTube Channel of Ageless Media Network.

Kay Litchfield will give listeners tips on bookmarking a favorite web site. Litchfield is a computer coach for seniors at The Learning Center in Savannah, which is a unit of Senior Citizens, Inc.
