Six Akron Attorneys Recognized by Best Lawyers

Nov. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Six lawyers from the Akron Business and Estate Planning Law Firm of Stark & Knoll were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® 2012.

Michael Stark, Thomas Knoll, James Rench, Joel Aberth, Philip Kaufmann and Craig Marshall all received the Best Lawyers designation. Selected for Trusts and Estates Law were Stark, Kaufmann and Aberth. Best Lawyers honored Rench in the area of Banking and Finance Law. Knoll received the honor in Corporate Law while Marshall was honored in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. In addition, Marshall was selected as Best Lawyers’ 2012 Akron Mergers & Acquisitions Law “Lawyer of the Year”.

Stark & Knoll attorneys were previously honored as Lawyers of the Year in Corporate Law. Craig Marshall received the honor in 2011 and Tom Knoll in 2010. Only a single lawyer in each practice area in each community is honored as the “Lawyer of the Year”. Stark has been selected as a Best Lawyer for over 20 years. Knoll, Rench and Kaufmann have received the honor for more than 15 years.
