Founded in 2005, by poet/writer Robert Hathorn, Alluring Verses® is a poetic publishing house.  The company is divided into 10 subsidiaries.  The products are movies, books of poetry, greeting cards, magazine, marketing, clothing and merchandises.

The name of the subsidiaries are as following:

1. Petite Poetry: :Publishing 7  book of poetry a year
2. The Alluring Verses Gift shop: Online and traditional retailer
3. The Poetic Chronicle: A monthly poetic magazine
4. Alluring Cards: Publishing an array of greeting cards
5. Alluring Star Films: To Produce 5 movies per year
6. Radio Allure: Traditional and Internet Broadcasting
7. The Poetry Club: An organization for poets
8. Alluring Television: TV Programming
9. The Poetry Cafe: A specialty restaurant
10. Alluring Imprint: Manufacturer of poetic clothing and merchandises

Alluring Verses® and its subsidiary is based in Loganville Georgia, just 35 miles east of Atlanta.

The Poetic Chronicle will be released on November 20, 2011.  The website for the magazine will be launched on December 1 2011
