McKenna Long & Aldridge Advises Shareholders of O.K. Industries in Sale to Industrias Bachoco

Industries, Inc. in the sale of the business to Industrias Bachoco, S.A.B. de C.V. (Bachoco), the leading poultry company in Mexico. O.K. Industries, a family-run business for over 78 years, is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

This transaction marks Bachoco’s first international acquisition and first entry into the U.S. poultry market.
