La Cabana Beach and Racquet Club- Villa Closures Scheduled for 2012

Nov. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club has announced the completion of the lobby renovation project, and has published timelines for the next phases of renovation which will impact owners during the 2012 calendar year. Timeshare owners impacted by the planned renovations who will be unable to occupy their units during these periods have been given the following options:

1. Deposit the week with Interval International.
2. Request an Entitlement Certificate for a future replacement week.
3. Request an in-house exchange to another unit or week in 2012 based on availability.

                                 Specific Renovation Schedules are as follows:

Room and deck renovation plans for the oceanfront villas will impact owners by making the following villas unavailable for occupancy:

Villas 101E -102 E- 201E - 202E - 301E - 302E - 401D - 402D are scheduled to be impacted from May 6, 2012 until October 7, 2012.
Villas 145E -146E- 245E - 246E - 345E - 346E - 445D - 446D are scheduled to be impacted from August 2, 2012 until December 1, 2012.

Exterior and Balcony Renovations will impact ground floor villa owners by making the following villas unavailable for occupancy:

Villas 113BC -115ABC -117ABC-119B will be impacted April 5, 2011 until April 19, 2011.
Villas 111ABC - 113A will be impacted from April 26, 2012 until May 10, 2012.
Villas 107ABC - 109AB will be impacted from April 27, 2012 until May 11, 2012.
Villas 103B - 105ABC will be impacted from May 25, 2012 until June 8, 2012.
Villas 104ABC - 106AB will be impacted from May 27, 2012 until June 10, 2012.
Villas 108ABC -110AB -112ABC -14BC are impacted June 3, 2012 until June 17, 2012.
Villas 114A -116ABC - 118ABC will be impacted from June 10, 2012 until June 24, 2012.
Villas 120ABC - 122ABC - 124ABC will be impacted from July 1, 2012 until July 15, 2012.
Villas 128ABC-130ABC-132ABC are impacted from July 21, 2012 until August 4, 2012.
Villas 134ABC- 134F-136ABC -138ABC are impacted August 11 until August 25, 2012.
Villas 140ABC - 142ABC - 144AB are impacted September 1  until September 15, 2012.
Villas 143B-141ABC-139ABC-137A are impacted from October 5 until October 19, 2012.
Villas 137BC - 135ABC are impacted from October 12, 2012 until October 26, 2012.
Villas 133ABC - 131BC are impacted from October 11 until October 25, 2012.
Villas 131A-129ABC-127ABC-125C impacted from November 1 to November 15, 2012.

Exterior and Balcony Renovations will impact upper floor owners by restricting their access to the villa balconies, but will not cause the owners to lose the entire availability as they will still be allowed to occupy the villa while these renovations proceed. A  schedule has been released for the villas that will be impacted during this phase of renovations:

Villas 13BC'S-15ABC -17ABC'S-19BD'S are impacted from March 15 until May 3, 2012.
Villas 11ABC'S & 13A'S are impacted from April 5, 2012 until May 31, 2012.
Villas 07ABC'S - 09AB'S are impacted from April 6, 2012 until June 1, 2012.
Villas 03BD'S - 05ABC'S are impacted from April 20, 2012 until July 6, 2012.
Villas 04ABC'S - 06AB'S are impacted from April 22, 2012 until July 1, 2012.
Villas 08ABC'S -10AB'S - 12ABC'S - 14BC'S are impacted from April 29 to July 8, 2012.
Villas 14A'S - 16ABC'S - 18ABC'S are impacted from May 20 to July 8, 2012.
Villas 20ABC'S - 22ABC'S 24ABC'S are impacted June 10, 2012 until July 29, 2012.
Villas 26BC'S are scheduled to be impacted from June 9, 2012 until July 28, 2012.
