Nov. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Pierson Requirements Group has announced that they will be hosting a User Acceptance Testing class November 28-30. The seminar is divided into three sessions and focuses on user acceptance testing for those in the business analyst field. The virtual course concentrates on the concepts, background and formal techniques of user acceptance training, enabling business analysts to confidently handle the methods and procedures within this stage of Iterative Deployment.
During the User Acceptance Testing course, students will use UML and Use cases to identify and write test scenarios. The real-world applications prepare the students for the roles they will play as business analysts working with the various methods and techniques for user acceptance training. Examples of hands-on work include quality checking requirements documents, use testing techniques and writing test scenarios. These practical exercises are applied in a number of ways in order to give students a comprehensive understanding of user acceptance training and to encourage better customer satisfaction.
