By: Kelly Ness, CoCo Key Cincinnati Chris Shinkle, General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Cincinnati North & CoCo Key Water Resort, is excited to partner with such a well known Food Bank in the Cincinnati Area. “They do an excellent job of collection and distribution, I cannot think of a better way for us to be involved” says Shinkle about the Freestore Foodbank. The Freestore Foodbank distributes over 18 million pounds of food annually. In 20 counties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, they have a trusted network of over 325 local member agencies. Member agencies include soup kitchens and shelters, food pantries, churches, daycare and senior centers, and many other community and social services organizations. CoCo Key Cincinnati is open Friday – Sunday, with additional holiday hours.
