Nationally known Improv Comedian Troy Rawlings Debuts his new Talk Show on NBC

Baltimore, MD – November 2, 2011- It’s what everyone has been waiting for. Real talk, real personal and real fun. WBAL TV 11 in Baltimore, Maryland announced the debut of the new talk show, “The Troy Rawlings Show,” on their NBC station airing November 5, 2011.

The new 30 minute show format starring comedian, radio show host, actor and producer, Troy (Ghost Host) Rawlings will air on the NBC station WBAL Channel 11 in his first prime time production that will deliver what is said to be a “unique approach to talk TV.” President and Producer Denise Bohdan of Cut-Out Entertainment stated, “The Troy Rawlings Show fills the gap between Dr. Phil and Dr. Drew, and does it a fun, interactive and comfortable way.  He brings a great comic sense and knowledgeable experts to share laughs and information about what makes the world go round! A truly engaging and timely show for anyone in or wanting to be in, a relationship!”

Troy Rawlings began his career as an amazing writer that uses his distinctive comedic cleverness to reach mass audiences every time he graces the stage. Although his national show will tape live in Los, Angeles, Troy felt he had to kick off the show in Baltimore first.  Not only does his crossover appeal catch the attention of viewers from all of the country, but also from his dedicated followers right in his home town of Baltimore, Maryland.

“I was a comedian from the crib,” states Troy. “I love people and I love seeing people enjoy themselves.”  By the age of three, Troy was impersonating all of his favorite singers and comedians like Jerry Lewis, Bob Hope, John Ritter, Michael Jackson and Al Green. His intense love for the arts was evident to his parents, so they never put limits on his talent. His extraordinary personality, gift for making people laugh and flair to bring ageless, limitless entertainment right in front of you is the very reasons why his new talk show is coming to the local network. Taped “LIVE” in Real Time, Troy loves to capture what's happening in each moment of a LIVE taping.

The set of the Troy Rawlings Show will be filled with antique bookcases spanning the entire wall complete with a fireplace, designer leather chairs and a coffee table.  The small intimate audience will make each show seem like a fun, fireside gathering over a good friend’s house.
