Uncover the “Passion Paradigm” at the 2012 Canadian Sponsorship Forum
Early Bird Registration opens today for the eighth annual Canadian Sponsorship Forum, which offers two free nights at its host venue, Le Westin Montréal, for a limited time.
Presented by integrated marketing agency TrojanOne, Canada’s premier sponsorship marketing conference will be in the heart of all the action at the Just for Laughs festival, which will be celebrating its 30th anniversary with a star-studded roster of famous comedians and awe-inspiring performances. The festival, which attracts over 2 million eager spectators each summer, will transform the city of Montréal into an animated, comedy wonderland, which delegates of the 2012 Canadian Sponsorship Forum will be given VIP access to experience firsthand.
“We can’t wait to welcome the Canadian Sponsorship Forum and sponsorship community to Just for Laughs,” says Andy Nulman, president of Just For Laughs, Festivals and TV. “It’s a real win-win. We will provide you with tons of laughs, and we know you will provide us with tons of sponsorship dollars.”
In the spirit of the world’s largest, emotion-provoking comedy and culture event, the theme of the 2012 Forum is the passion paradigm. The 2012 Forum theme stems from the exuberant emotions and passions that are experienced at this eminent festival, and how these same feelings are often leveraged as the inspiration behind sponsorship.
Sponsorship is no laughing matter, but any successful sponsorship program must have an underlying foundation of passion – rooted in emotion, and gaining momentum as desires are realized. Through inspiring keynote presentations, hot-topic discussions, workshops, hands-on training sessions, special interest panels and more, delegates will discover how passion can be transformed into profit and help increase ROI.
“We are very excited to be not only partnering with the Just for Laughs festival for this year’s Forum, but to be returning to Montréal as our host city,” said Mark Harrison, Canadian Sponsorship Forum chair and TrojanOne president. “Against the exciting backdrop of the festival, the Forum will offer our delegates the opportunity to tap into their passion for sponsorship. By providing them with the unparalleled networking events the Forum is known for, they will be able to forge new connections, revisit old ones, and learn about global best practices on a variety of timely topics – all while being immersed in the passionate Just for Laughs experience.”
