Frank Nagy Financial Services completes offshore fund offering for Pyxis32 Ltd.

Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- Frank Nagy Financial Services, a global consulting firm specializing in U.S. and foreign private placement offerings, announced that they have been retained by Pyxis32 Ltd. (Pyxis)  to provide professional services and to prepare and develop a closed-end fund company domiciled in the British Virgin Islands. “The British Virgin Islands (BVI) is an excellent choice for Pyxis due to the fact that they wish to raise capital from foreign investors,” said Frank Nagy, Managing Director of Frank Nagy Financial Services. Mr. Nagy also stated that Pyxis will be exempt from registration from the BVI financial commission since the company will not operate as a public fund.  A claim of exemption will be filed by Pyxis with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) pursuant to Rule 4.13(a)(4).

The extent of the services provided by Frank Nagy Financial Services will involve advising, preparing and developing the complete BVI company fund offering documentation including relevant disclosures.
