Lou's Lads Foundation To Host Dc Fundraising Event

Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Lou's Lads Foundation today announced a fundraising event to be held in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater. The celebrity wine and cheese event titled "Fightin' for Education" will be held at 5:30 p.m. EST and will include live and silent auctions. The event will coincide with the University of Notre Dame and University of Maryland football game the following Saturday at FedEx Field in Landover.

Up for auction this year are several fantastic trips to the MTV Video Music Awards, the Primetime Emmy Awards and the 2012 ESPY Awards along with exclusive Notre Dame memorabilia. All proceeds from the auction will go directly to the Lou’s Lads Foundation Endowed Scholarship at the University of Notre Dame.  Auction items are online for pre-bidding at www.bluetreemarketing.com/louslads.
