re going to be doing a very nostalgic and exciting Christmas themed show”, said Joey Thurmond owner of Nojoe’s Circus. “We will be performing as circuses did in the very beginning when they came to the U.S. in the 1700’s with no Big Top but, with sidewalls only. That’s why we’re calling it Circus Under the Stars”. This will be a very intimate show where the audience will be closer to the action and performers than any other show! Who is Nojoe? He is the 2008 Clown of the Year and travels nationally performing in over 700 shows annually. With a children’s cd and a series of children’s books to his credit as well. Nojoe’
s Christmas Circus is completely “animal free” with no performing animals. Featuring Juggling, Balancing, 30’ Trapeze, 35’ Wheel of Adventure, and much, much more! Tickets only $5 each will be available on the day of the show with the box office opening 2 hours prior to show time. “The main focus of this show is to raise funds for our outreach, The NOJOE Foundation which benefits CURE Childhood Cancer, Starlight Children’s Foundation and Concerns Of Police Survivors”, said Thurmond. The Circus will have 2 shows 7:00 & 9:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday nights only beginning Thanksgiving night through New Year’s Day night. The Lights display will run nightly beginning on Thanksgiving night through New Year’s Day night. We’re so proud to be able to be a part of such a wonderful event that so many people can come out and enjoy. With only a $5 ticket this is one way our show is giving back to our hometown.
