CSG Attends Bi-Annual Peer Group Site Visit

Oct. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- John Pearce, CEO of Contract Services Group, Inc. attends the final bi-annual peer group site visit for 2011.

Contract Services Group, Inc. (CSG) is a member of one of the oldest established Peer Groups in the building services industry. The group consists of eight building service contractors located in non-competing geographic areas throughout the United States. The group rotates its reviews at its member’s corporate offices. Two member companies are visited each year. The group spends three days analyzing the entire operation from financial statements to interviewing key members of the company’s staff.

Pearce states, “Beyond the obvious confidentiality that is required of all members there is a real bond of trust by all. Without this trust we could not accomplish the comprehensive review we provide the host company.”    

Pearce met one of the Peer Group’s founding members at a Building Services Contractors Association International event, and was invited to join the group.  
 
Chris Stathakis President of Stathakis Systems in Trenton, Michigan hosted this most recent meeting.  

It was further stated by Pearce, “Chris allowed the group to probe the strengths and weaknesses of Stathakis. The end result was an Accountability Check List that will allow Chris to take Stathakis to the next level.  The most fantastic achievement of these Peer Reviews is that they are a true cognitive learning experience for all the members. We all take home a list of ideas for improvements within our own organizations.”
