IHAF names Fidelity Investments 2011 In-House Agency of the Year

Fidelity Communications + Advertising earns top spot among 21 nominees nationally

Oct. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- The In-House Agency Forum (IHAF) named Fidelity Investments the 2011 In-House Agency of the Year at the association’s Annual Conference earlier this month. The In-House Agency of the Year was selected from among 21 merit worthy nominees based on outstanding performance in any or all of the following areas: business impact, creative excellence, and client partnership. Fidelity Communications + Advertising (FCA), the in-house agency for Fidelity Investments, demonstrated exemplary achievements across all three.

“We are immensely proud to be named the 2011 In-House Agency of the Year,” said Jim Speros, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Fidelity Personal Investments. "It affirms the many contributions FCA has made to driving business results and enhancing the Fidelity brand.”

Executing over 13,000 programs annually and supporting over 30 business units across the Fidelity Enterprise, FCA not only focuses on creative marketing solutions that drive business results, but also operates at 30% of the cost of external providers. Their contribution ranges from branding insight to strategic planning to program execution.

FCA’s 2011 “Green Line” campaign, conceived internally and developed as a fully integrated program, has received numerous industry awards. The campaign connects with consumers at virtually every touch point, promoting a message of personal attention and guidance during these volatile financial times. The in-house agency developed all communications in support of the campaign with the exception of TV and radio, which were conceived by external partner, Arnold Worldwide.
