“Wayne owns his market and rewards his key players,” Glass Doctor President Mark Dawson said. “He’ll be leaving the Glass Doctor family soon, but he will not be forgotten.”

The Personal Achievement Award is given to owners who attain outstanding achievement in sales, manpower growth, franchise development or personal growth during the year.

“I just come to work and do my best,” Plaster said. “I wasn’t thinking about an award, but it’s nice to be recognized.”
