Vivid Marketing Attends Mid-Atlantic Leadership Conference

Oct. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- October 23, 2011 - Vivid Marketing’s Managing Team and its top performers participated in the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Conference held at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Baltimore.  Attendees included organizational consultants, managers and top leaders from offices across the region.   These conferences, completed quarterly, provide an excellent opportunity to network and develop professional relationships with other entry level candidates in the marketing and sales industry.  Various guest speakers elaborated on topics including future clients, upcoming expansions, and improving one’s ability to lead.  October’s conference marks one of the largest conferences we’ve had in years past; including 275 guests.

President Chrysanthi Halkiotis and Managing Partner Brandon Smith were both asked to speak to the group this year.  
“Speaking at a regional conference has been a goal of mine for quite some time.  My topic – Mentality of Training – I could not have been more passionate about.  There’s nothing more satisfying than teaching someone a skill, watching them do it well, and then receive the recognition they so deserve.” Halkiotis said.  
When asked to reflect on his experience, Managing Partner Brandon Smith said, “Hearing about the opportunity to expand internationally as soon as the third quarter next year was pretty exciting.  It’s a great feeling knowing our clients are recognizing our hard work and continued growth”.  
Additionally, a BIG congratulations to both Kristen Hoagland and Michael Turner for receiving the Leadership Pin Award.  Qualifications for this award included team growth and development; as well as outstanding individual sales performance.  Congrats Kristen and Michael – we’re so proud of you!
