XTRF™ presents the 2.4 version
XTRF Management Systems Ltd. presents the latest version of the XTRF 2.4 system. The newest edition includes the innovative “bundle workflow” module and the new extended CRM module. XTRF 2.4 will be available for purchase from 25 October 2011.
The work on the newest XTRF™ edition has been carried out since May 2011, when the
previous 2.3 version was completed. A key element of the work on the 2.4 version was the development of the workflow module that provides project process automation while
preserving flexibility and the freedom to manage it. Consequently, the new graphical “bundle workflow” module was developed that provides on-the-fly flexibility and the possibility of mass file management. The graphical interface of the module enables its user to display the entire scope of work in a certain sequence so that the project manager is provided with a complete and clear picture of an order as well as with access to information related to the fixed course of work on files. The applied solutions allow for adding or deleting specific project stages on the fly and, therefore, the company can more easily adapt to changing
customers’ expectations. In addition, the module has been enhanced with the mass file

The 2.4 edition also includes the latest version of the improved CRM module containing,
among others, the embedded mail user agent, customer contact history, and automatic

Moreover, the 2.4 version has been enhanced with the function of project managers’ working time registration, which enables the quick determination of how much time was spent on the realisation of a selected project or service for a specific customer.
The Automated Activity Actions, such as Send Availability Requests or Organise Bundles, have been added to the new version. The automatic actions directly translate into the increased working efficiency of production departments due to a reduction of the time necessary to perform specific tasks. Furthermore, the system has been improved with some minor facilities, such as the ability to allocate different project managers to individual tasks within the same project, adding in the “contractor availability”
The new edition also offers new language versions of the interface - Turkish and Italian.
