The National Posture Institute (NPI) Releases Exercise Video Series in November-2011

The National Posture Institute will be releasing its first Exercise Video Series, hosted by Ken Baldwin, in November-2011. The video series will feature Strength-Resistance, Flexibility, and Cardiovascular Training, covering different muscle groups.

Oct. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- The National Posture Institute will be releasing its first Exercise Video Series, hosted by Ken Baldwin, in November-2011. The video series will feature Strength-Resistance, Flexibility, and Cardiovascular Training analysis and performance. The videos will cover upper body (chest/back/shoulder/arms), lower body (legs), and core areas (upper-lower back/abdominal), with NPI’s posture and body alignment concepts incorporated into each exercise. This will offer easy access to fitness/health professionals/trainers/instructors/business owners, as well as the general public, to get instructional education on performing/designing exercises for yourself and/or your clients/patients.

Due to the limited existing resources available in the market, NPI’s Exercise Video Series stands out among other exercise videos because of its unique incorporation of posture, body alignment and corrective/personalized exercises to prevent injury.
