Oct. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- I first experienced Reiki over 12 years ago to help me with my lower back problem.
It helped to increase my mobility and ease the pain. This prompted me to become a reiki practitioner. Since then I have continued my studies and became a reiki master in 2008.
I still get problems with my back from time to time and use my Reiki to help myself.
I know how debilitating back pain can me and so as there are just 2 more days left of BackCare Awareness Week ....
