Dan Clark will join us on Thursday afternoon, February 16, 2012 to close the symposium. Many of you know Dan as the primary contributing author to the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and author of Chicken Soup for the College Soul. He is also author of the highly acclaimed business leadership book, Forgotten Fundamentals, and the inspirational Puppies for Sale that was made into a film at Paramount Studios starring Jack Lemmon. Dan is a graduate of the Executive Program at both Air University in Montgomery, Alabama, and the Army War College in Carlisle, PA. His long list of appearances in the military environment includes the Air Force Four Star General’s Corona Leadership Conference, Air Force General’s Commanders Conferences throughout the world, Army General Walter Sharp’s Conference in Korea, the Air Force Academy’s Character and Leadership Development Symposium, the National Conference on Ethics at West Point, Tech training schools at Keesler and Sheppard AFB, Ft. Hood, Ft. Bragg and Ft. Jackson, as well as officer schools for Majors, Colonels and Generals. He has spoken to over 4,000 audiences and more than 3 1⁄2 million people in all 50 states and 35 countries, and to our combat troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
