Oct. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- The multiple sclerosis charity, the MS International Federation, has begun negotiations with marketing agencies (
about a global advertising campaign. The organization raises awareness and looks to fund research to fight the disease, which affects around 100,000 people in the UK alone, through providing information, support and campaigning.
The appointed agency will be in responsible for promoting international events such as World MS Day which was introduced in 2009, will take place in May and aims to raise the awareness  of the disease.  Over 70 countries worldwide will participate in activities for the event, with the support from numerous charities.  The charity is on the search for a shop to create a campaign to support World MS Day in 2012.
The task set for advertising the campaign may be done through the effective strategy of article marketing (, in which businesses write short articles related to their respective industry. These articles are made available for distribution and publication in the marketplace. Each article has a bio box and byline (collectively known as the resource box) that include references and contact information for the author's business. Well-written content articles released for free distribution have the potential to increase the business credibility within its market. Also it helps in attracting new clients. These articles are often syndicated by other websites, and published on multiple websites.
Most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20-40, but it can affect younger and older people too. Almost twice as many women have MS than men.
