Oct. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- UFC President Dana White announces that Georges St. Pierre has dropped out of the Main Event Title Match vs Carlos Condit due to a knee injury suffered in practice. White explained that there will not be another opponent for Carlos Condit on the upcoming card due to the fact that Pierre should be ready to go in couple months. The title fight for the UFC's Welterweight division will take place as soon as St. Pierre is ready to go.

In place of the Title fight, BJ Penn and Nick Diaz will slide into the top spot for the night, and the Tavarez, Jacoby fight will move up from the Prelims to the Main card.
