-- PRINCETON, NJ- October 2011 — The Neurac Institute for Physical Therapy, a leader in neuromuscular rehabilitation, wellness and fitness will present two medically informative and educational seminars at the 20th Anniversary Medical Fitness Association (MFA) Annual Conference on November 30, 2011 at the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Educator and 2007 IDEA International Trainer of the Year Bill Sonnemaker, MS along with Tyler Joyce, PT a leading authority in Neuromuscular-
Activation (Neurac) assessment and treatment with the Redcord suspension system will present lectures.
Sonnemaker’s lecture “Regressions are the New Progressions”
from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. will include a personal demonstration of Redcord — a powerful suspension system that works for patients of all ages and fitness levels. Sonnemaker will offer insights to maximize the principals of exercise regressions to address and solve the underlying root cause of common postural and movement dysfunction patterns.
Joyce along with Sonnemaker will present “NEURAC – Connecting Physical Therapy and Medical Fitness” from 1 p.m.-2 p.m. that will focus on giving a detailed introduction to the NEURAC (NEURomuscular-
ACtivation) methodology used in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Attendees will get familiarized with Neurac, see complete demonstrations by a Neurac trained physical therapist and understand how a patient can be progressed through the method from physical therapy to fitness.
Those who attend the seminars may enter a chance to win prizes including a grand prize of a free CEU one day Active Intro course on Redcord, (travel expenses including transportation, meals and lodging paid by Redcord) and an enhanced home Redcord Mini Gym — representing a value of over $1,100.

The Neurac Institute for Physical Therapy, located in Princeton, New Jersey, is a leader and innovator in neuromuscular rehabilitation, wellness and fitness. The first accredited Redcord NEURomuscular-
ACtivation clinic in the United States, The Neurac Institute utilizes the revolutionary Redcord suspension therapy system in combination with other progression/
regression techniques, such as Pilates and traditional manual physical therapy, to provide high levels of neuromuscular stimulation that gradually strengthen and restore a person’s normal movement patterns. Neuromuscular therapy is a safe and gentle treatment option – scalable to each individual’s ability and function – and proven effective through scientific research plus over 20 years of successful implementation in Europe where it originated. It is this distinctive neuromuscular focus and one-on-one quality patient care vision that positions Neurac on the cutting edge of physical therapy today.
