Oct. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- How do the contestants on The Biggest Loser leave the ranch and manage to continue to lose weight after they return home?

    Daniel Berzsenyi, who has attended the Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge, will present a seminar about what he learned there, including how to prepare healthy, quick and variety-filled "every-day" meals focused on the balance between carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

    In this 90-minute information-packed seminar, Berzsenyi will provide a cooking demonstration and "tasting session," meal preparation ideas, and recipe handouts as well as share his story of failure and success with his weight and fitness/nutrition challenges. Owner, head coach and nutrition specialist, Catherine Andersen, will also team teach this informative seminar adding in “Biggest Loser” coaching tips and simple rules to help stay slim (or at least not gain) during this holiday season! Participants will leave well equipped to handle life's daily nutrition challenges.
