s 2011 awards gala: Best Kitchen Remodel (Budget Over $80,000) for a private residence condominium in The Brighton at Bay Colony in Naples, Florida and two Merit Awards for The Peace River House private residence single family home in Punta Gorda, Florida: Best Whole House Remodel (Budget Under $250,000) and Best Bath Remodel (Budget $20,000-$50,000)
. Both remodeling projects were completed in 2010. Award winning entries in the remodeling category were judged on visual appeal, execution of design, innovation, and quality.
