Know who your center of Influencers are and where do you find them? They are people in your industry that know people, they love to hook you up with someone who can help you.

Asking for Referrals. Most business owners don’t ask for referrals, mostly because they don’t know how to or they forget to ask. Once you get a few referrals you can start forming referral partners.

Stay in touch with the people you meet..not just when you need something, it's about being reciprocal.
