The film “Sons of Life” by Tony Lewis, Jr. has been selected to be screened during the closing film. The film focuses on the positive efforts that are being made by fellow DC native, Tony Lewis Jr. to enrich the lives of those who are considered to be at a disadvantage. “Son of Life” displays such a positive message, it is sure to have the audience walk away feeling inspired and wanting to do more.

Also witness Tony Lewis Jr. receive his DMV REEL Community Award following the screening of „Sons of Life.‟

ABOUT SONS OF LIFE
“Sons of Life” follows Tony Lewis Jr. as he embarks on a quest to improve the lives of children of incarcerated parents and ex-offenders. He‟s beat the odds, showing that success, no matter what the circumstance, is attainable. His father, Tony Lewis, was the alleged partner of Rayful Edmund, and is serving a life sentence in federal prison.
