National Self Storage investment expert Scott Meyers will teach a workshop on how to invest in Self Storage Facilities.  The Event will be held October 20th and 22nd at the Eastgate Complex in Chattanooga. The goal of this introductory course in Self Storage Investing is to teach attendees how to find solid, mini-storage properties and how existing landlords and investors can add Self Storage Units to their existing apartment and other real estate holdings on underutilized space and how to profitably manage this asset class.

Scott Meyers will share strategies on how to uncover great deals, evaluating those opportunities, ways to negotiate and structure the acquisition, due diligence, renovation, and the various aspects involved in the marketing and operations of a successful Self Storage Operation. He will also reveal the pitfalls to avoid and highlight the many profit centers available in the industry.
