Armstrong Study Abroad in China Broadens
Armstrong's Office of International Education has recently established partnerships with JiuJiang University and Nanchang University, leading to broader study abroad opportunities in China for Armstrong students.
“Cultivating and building these relationships not only opens up education and economic opportunities in our region, but equally important, provides invaluable experiences and exposure to our students and faculty so they can better understand how to be successful in a global marketplace,”
In recent weeks, JiuJiang University students currently attending Savannah State University as part of a similar study abroad program visited the Armstrong campus. They shared information about China with students and learned about what Armstrong can offer Chinese students. Currently, Armstrong has four Chinese students enrolled in degree programs.
Armstrong students interested in learning more about completing a semester exchange at one of these Chinese universities should contact the Office of International Education at 912.344.3024 or visit the office in Gamble Hall Room 204A.
