Oct. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Laramie/Cheyenne, WY – Southeast Wyoming’s premiere pet waste removal and pet services company has partnered with Southeast Wyoming’s premiere no kill animal shelter for just $1.00.

The Doo House – Pet Waste Removal and Pet Services has partnered with Black Dog Animal Rescue (BDAR) in hopes that everyone will donate just $1.00 in the first ever “Donate a $1.00 to the Dogs” campaign to support Black Dog Animal Rescue.

This idea is the brainchild of Matthew Blaylock, owner of The Doo House in Laramie, WY. “I believe what Black Dog Animal Rescue does is extremely important and want to support it anyway I can,” Blaylock said. “We at The Doo House try and do something for charity every year over the holidays and doing something for animals just felt natural, so I sent an email, made a phone call and poof an idea came together.”

It was natural fit for a pet waste removal and pet services company to look to dogs to raise money as they are cleaning up after them daily.

The goal of the whole fundraiser is not to break anyone’s bank; that is the reason for only asking for $1.00. If everyone that reads or hears about this donates just $1.00 it is hard to tell how much could be raised!

“When The Doo House approached us with this idea, we were really excited,” said Britney Wallesch, founder and president of Black Dog Animal Rescue. “We’re excited about the opportunity to work with a company in Laramie and host a big event there. The community has always been very welcoming and we think this will help us save a lot of dogs.”

The “Donate a $1.00 to the Dogs” fundraiser officially kicked off on October 8, 2011 but is just now getting into full swing.
