Exact Synergy for Android available

Oct. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- The app enables Exact Synergy users with an Android phone to easily enter expense claims, hourly planning and book time off. Customer, partner and supplier details can be searched and the integration with a navigation app also enables route mapping.

Exact Synergy enables employees from both inside and outside of the organisation to collaborate and share information efficiently. These features are enabled through the calendar which can also be viewed by colleagues. There is also a workflow view, which ensures clear and transparent approval processes and enables intercommunication and document sharing.

Employees who are on the move and work on various projects are responsible for administrative tasks like hour and expense claim entry. By utilising the on-board camera, Exact Synergy for Android makes entering expenses easy. The user connects a picture of a receipt to a project, article or relation and submits the expense claim with a simple click. For billable employees the hour entry will be pre-filled, based on planning. All they have to do is check if execution matches planning. If this is the case they can book the hours with a simple click.
