Buckeye Ford Recognized for 25th Anniversary by Ford CEO Alan Mulally

Oct. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- London, OH– As Buckeye Ford celebrates their 25th anniversary, they have positioned themselves among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln dealerships to be recognized with The 2010 President’s Award by Ford Motor Company.  This prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2010, by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

This year, Ford honors 355 Ford and Lincoln dealers across the country for delivering superior customer satisfaction in sales and service.  Buckeye Ford is the only dealership in central Ohio to receive this award. Alan Mulally, Ford Motor Company’s President and CEO personally recognized Jim Hunt and Buckeye Ford for their 25th anniversary and President’s award.

Buckeye Ford opened their doors in 1986 and has grown from a small downtown location to their world-class facility today on U.S. 42. In 1986 a gallon of gas was $0.93 and the Ford Taurus was introduced to America. Gas prices have gone up, but so has the popularity of the redesigned Ford Taurus, which is once again one of the dealership’s most popular products.

While much may have changed over the last 25 years, Buckeye Ford’s commitment to customer service will never change.
