Lennar Hosts Fall Harvest Festival On Oct. 15 And 16 At Properties Throughout New Jersey
Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, will greet prospective home buyers and their families at its properties throughout New Jersey this weekend

Through the Wells Fargo Move-In IncentiveSM Program, Lennar will cover all expenses for its buyers for the first six months, including mortgage payment principal and interest, taxes, insurance and monthly maintenance fees.
Wells Fargo’s Listing EdgeSM Program provides buyers who are trying to sell their existing home with a series of marketing and financing tools that gives them a significant advantage in the marketplace. These include the ability to offer their own buyer a mortgage rate that is one percent below the prevailing interest rate for one year. Also available to them are financing flyers, co-branded invitations, yard signs, and other promotional tools that are designed to help Lennar customers attract more serious potential buyers to look at their existing home for sale.

Five Lennar communities in New Jersey will be celebrating the Fall Harvest Festival, including Lennar’s celebrated Greenbriar Oceanaire, Greenbriar Stonebridge and Greenbriar Fox Ridge active adult communities. Also participating are Lennar’s Cedar Point at Mays Landing and Creek Run at Woolwich single-family home communities.
In Monroe Township off Exit 8 on the New Jersey Turnpike, Greenbriar Stonebridge features 946 single-family residences, ranging in size from 1,659 to 3,130 square feet of living space. The community features 16 distinctive home designs spread throughout three distinctive neighborhoods that include Estate homes priced from the low-$400,000s, single-family Signature series homes starting in the $300,000s and “Twin” duplex designs which offer loft options and are priced from the high- $200,000s. Greenbriar Oceanaire, off Exit 69 of the Garden State Parkway just north of Long Beach Island in Waretown, features 1,400 single-family homes spread across the community’s 888 acres of lush greenery. Less than 300 homes remain available for sale.
