Lennar Hosts Fall Harvest Festival On Oct. 15 And 16 At Properties Throughout New Jersey

Through the Wells Fargo Move-In IncentiveSM Program, Lennar will cover all expenses for its buyers for the first six months, including mortgage payment principal and interest, taxes, insurance and monthly maintenance fees.
Wells Fargo’s Listing EdgeSM Program provides buyers who are trying to sell their existing home with a series of marketing and financing tools that gives them a significant advantage in the marketplace. These include the ability to offer their own buyer a mortgage rate that is one percent below the prevailing interest rate for one year. Also available to them are financing flyers, co-branded invitations, yard signs, and other promotional tools that are designed to help Lennar customers attract more serious potential buyers to look at their existing home for sale.
