Conference XP Days and IT Catalogue

So the next is the conference on engineering practices. What is the main difference of this conference? And why it is so interesting for the business directory IT Catalogue?

First of all since it will be interesting to all who involved in the development process and according to the latest researches the growth of software development in Eastern Europe, and in particular in Ukraine, is amazing.
